Paisley Names John Hoffman Vice President of Sales for the Eastern Region

Minneapolis, Minn., July 5, 2007 – Paisley, the leading provider of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) software solutions, today announced the appointment of John Hoffman as vice president of sales for the Eastern region. In this role, Hoffman will oversee all aspects of the sales process including developing and implementing strategies and initiatives that grow sales with both new and existing customers.

With more than 16 years of industry experience, Hoffman is a highly accomplished sales leader. He has an impressive track record of growing businesses through establishing successful long-term relationships with enterprise customers.

Hoffman's most recent position was sales director at OpenPages. Prior to joining OpenPages, he served as the vice president of sales at ROME, where he was responsible for sales and business development for the company's operational risk software solution. Hoffman also held sales leadership positions at Selectica, where he was responsible for sales in the Eastern region as well as key customer acquisitions that contributed to the company's March 2000 initial public offering. In addition, he held sales leadership positions with Epicentric, Vignette, ATX Telecommunications and Metropolitan Fiber Systems.
