Paisley Appoints Ted Smith as Vice President of Global Sales

Minneapolis, Minn., June 20, 2007 – Paisley, the leading provider of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) software solutions, today announced the appointment of software industry veteran Ted Smith as vice president of global sales. Smith will be responsible for driving Paisley's revenue growth and leading the company's sales efforts on a global basis.

Smith brings more than a decade of experience in enterprise software sales management to his new position. Prior to joining Paisley, Smith served as director of sales at HighJump Software, a 3M Company, where during his tenure he led a team that posted record revenue growth and catapulted HighJump to a leadership position in the supply chain execution market. Prior to joining HighJump, Ted was vice president of sales and marketing for Active IQ Technologies. He also served as director of sales at supply chain management software leader Manugistics, where he was responsible for planning, executing and measuring a vertical sales structure and penetrating new geographies.
