Paisley Appoints Marc Adams Vice President of Sales for EMEA

Minneapolis, Minn. — Aug. 8, 2007 — Paisley, the leading provider of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) software solutions, today announced the appointment of Marc Adams as vice president of sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Adams will be responsible for managing and extending the company's growing customer base in the EMEA region, and will be based out of its U.K. office.

A software industry expert with more than 20 years of experience, Adams joined Paisley from leading IT governance vendor, Centennial Software, where he was senior vice president of field operations with responsibility for sales, field marketing and support for the EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions. Prior to this, Adams held executive sales positions with Clearswift and JCP Computer Services. He also served as CEO at StorVert.
